Our award-winning beef pies are handmade and baked fresh every day in our North Yorkshire bakery, combining generations of baking expertise with the finest locally sourced beef. We use 28-day aged, grass-fed Aberdeen Angus cross beef from trusted North Yorkshire farmers, selected for its quality, marbling and flavour. Our skilled butchers prepare the beef in-house, carefully trimming and dicing the meat before it is combined with rich gravy and encased in handcrafted pastry. Every pie is prepared, filled and baked under one roof, ensuring exceptional freshness and consistency.
