Our pork is sourced from Wilson’s of Sproxton, Court House Farm, where pigs are raised to high welfare standards under Red Tractor assurance. Working closely with our local pork farmers enables us to maintain exceptional quality, consistency and traceability. As both butchers and bakers, we believe in making full use of every pig, preparing premium cuts in our butchery while incorporating carefully selected pork into our handcrafted pies, sausages and savoury products.
