Our beef burgers are handcrafted in-house by our skilled butchery team using 28-day aged, grass-fed Aberdeen Angus cross beef sourced from trusted North Yorkshire farmers. By butchering whole carcasses on site, we carefully select the ideal cuts and lean-to-fat ratio to create burgers with exceptional flavour, texture and succulence.
