Our handcrafted sausages are made in-house by our skilled butchery team using high-quality Yorkshire pork sourced from Wilson’s of Sproxton, where pigs are reared to Red Tractor assured welfare standards. Drawing on generations of Thornton family butchery expertise, we carefully prepare and blend our own sausage recipes before filling them into traditional natural casings. By producing our sausages from start to finish under one roof, we maintain complete control over quality, flavour and consistency. The result is a range of award-worthy Yorkshire sausages with exceptional taste, traceability and craftsmanship, made fresh using traditional methods our customers have trusted since 1960.
